The luxury villa includes spacious high-end bedrooms, modern bathrooms, full kitchen, laundry, multiple living areas and a luxury loft with a separate bathroom and bedroom. The house can accommodate up to 10 people or be split into two smaller rooms; seven people in the main house and three guests in the loft. It’s a stunning house and ideal for those that want a touch of style for their Schoolies celebration. 

Near the Byron Bay house

The house is located in the centre of town and everything is within walking distance. Be close to the main street of Byron and all the shops, restaurants and bars. The main beach is only 5 minutes walk from the house. The famous Byron Bay Lighthouse can be reached by car or a leisurely 30 minute walk from the centre of town. 

The closest airport to Byron Bay is the Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport, which is one hours drive from the beachside town. 

Schoolies in Byron Bay

Traditionally the biggest week of Schoolies in Byron Bay is Week Two when school leavers from Victoria and New South Wales descend on Byron Bay. With most students being 18+ the Week Two Tribe Schoolies package includes exclusive access to the Schoolies events at the best bars. For those that are not 18 at Schoolies many will enjoy the awesome atmosphere around town and on the hill near the beach each night.
